I was very impressed by the Stadium MK, even the seats were padded. How'ever the stadium did lack atmosphere, all of the noise was coming from the 6,000 travelling Birmingham fans. As a Birmingham City supporter it was a good all round performance from the away team, with Blues winning the match 2-0. The big dissapointment for me was getting to the ground from Bletchley train station, it was a 45 minute walk along a dual carriageway which did'nt even have a footpath, getting away after the game was even worst as not even the MK Dons supporters could direct me in the right direction to the train station. To make matters worst the only pub which was opposite the train station was packed solid with Blues supporters and after the game was closed. I was quite relieved to be on the train heading back to London Euston where I changed at Watford Junction for a connection to Clapham Junction where i had a few drinks in The Junction and The Falcon before making my way back home on the South Coast.
