Unbelievable game and drama. Winning after 72 minutes and managed to throw it away. Birmingham equalised in the 93rd minute and managed to stay up

Every now and again in football it's a great feeling to say you were there, and this was one of those occasions, just like when we beat Arsenal in the Capital One Cup Final. It was the final game of what had been another poor season for Birmingham, and having dropped into the bottom three the previous week our survival was no longer in our own hands. I arrived in Manchester early and went for a drink in Wetherspoons near to Manchester Piccadilly, with Man. City playing at home there was plenty of people around, and a group of City fans decided to try and provoke the Birmingham fans on the platform at Piccadilly before alighting our train to Horwich Parkway. Birmingham were given 4,000 tickets meaning we had both the lower and tier of the stand. The atmosphere started great but soon began to disappear when we went 2-0 down while Doncaster Rovers were clinging on to championship football despite losing at Leicester. With less then ten minutes remaining Blues pulled a goal back before getting a very late equaliser sending the away stand into eruptions. The celebrations from both fans and players at the final whistle was amazing, those seens will stay with me for a long while.
