Pre-match standings:- Spurs 4th/42 pts WBA 8th/29pts. White Hart Lane is soon to be redeveloped so this was one of the last chances to get to see this classic old stadium. The cranes are in and the new arena is well under way and at the time of the game was about 100 metres back from the North stand. I''m not sure if the new arena will incorporate any sections of the old but it''s already looking pretty impressive. End of season 16/17- Spurs finished 2nd on 86 points. They pushed Chelsea all the way and had they not lost away to West Ham may well have placed a seed of doubt in the minds of those at the Bridge. Spurs reached the semi-finals of the FA Cup where they were beaten 4-2 by Cheslea. Tottenham''s last game at WHL saw them beat Manchester United 2-1. Harry Kane won the Golden Boot with 29 league goals this season. Spurs will play the 17/18 season at Wembley and should be in their new stadium for the 18/19 season. Looking forward to that one.
