Torrential rain for this fixture, the first game i remember being given a comp. I was wearing plenty of layers two t-shirts a rugby style top and leather jacket but was soaked to the skin before the game kicked off! The only goal was scored in the first minute by bournemouths debutant striker, to their credit the stewards opened up the main stand for the away fans to find shelter but i was so wet i was one of about three crazy fans who decided to remain on the terrace and embrace the storm and sing as load as i could!
