| Left home just before 7:30 and got the tube to Euston. Got the 8:13 train to Manchester Piccadilly but due to delays we missed the connection. We arrived at Horwich Parkway just after 11:30 and the walk to the ground was less than 5 mins away. The game itself was an entertaining one and Bolton were the better side and had the game wrapped up at HT having been 3-0 up. They added a fourth just after HT and Mullin got one back with the last 30 minutes deteriorating as a contest. Left a couple of minutes before the end and got the 14:30 train back to Manchester. We then got on the 15:15 train to Euston, getting in at 17:30. Got the tube home, getting back at about 18:30.
