All i remember from this game which was a Football League Cup 3rd Round tie is that Stanley Bowles was playing and he was different class to everybody else. QPR at this time were a 1st Division side so we did not expect much out of the game and i think we lost something like 4 - 1. I remember we stood stood behind the away goal about half way up and had a good view.
