| Very disappointing day all round. Left home at 7:30 and got the bus to Sutton United to get the coach to Bristol. The coach left Sutton''s ground at 8:45 and we ended up getting to the ground at 12:15 even though we stopped for 30 mins at the services on the way there. Walked to a costa coffee shop for lunch before heading back to the ground. With nothing to do I went into the ground just after 13:30 and with no concourse had to sit on an open terrace for 90 mins before KO. The game itself wasn''t the greatest spectacle either with the wind playing a huge part in the quality of the game. Not much action in the first half with a few half chances for both sides but nothing clear cut. The game was decided in a mad 10 mins spell between the 50th and 60th minute. We took the lead after 52 mins through some good work by Wilson shrugging off his man and cutting the ball back to an onrushing Randell who smashed it in. Five mins later and Bristol Rovers were awarded a penalty after Milsom got the wrong side of their man and the tangle of feet lead to Rovers equalising from the spot which gave them the impetuous and 2 mins later they took the lead from a soft free kick floated in and headed past Bouzanis. The game didn''t offer much for the remaining 30 mins and we didn''t do enough to get back into the game. Left the ground at 17:40 and got back to Sutton at 20:45 where Dad picked me up getting back at 21:15.
