Match no. 1382. Another dismal result for Borough who remain rooted to the bottom of the table, four points adrift of Morecambe. After an even first hour and with Orient leading 1-0, shambolic defending by Stevenage saw them concede 2 goals in 2 minutes from which there was no way back. It''s becoming increasingly difficult to see how they can avoid relegation after 10 years in the EFL. Stevenage wore a one-off third kit of predominately white shirts with multi-coloured flashes in support of the Stevenage Community Trust. Orient''s all-blue revived memories (for me anyway) of the blue shirts they wore in their only season in the top-flight in 1962-63. Fifty-one years ago today - Match no. 97 - Leicester 1-1 West Ham. Stevenage v Orient turned out to be the last game I attended before the Corona virus caused all football to be postponed until further notice.
