Comments :
Went with Charlie from Chester. Left at about midday and walked to Chester Station. Got the train down to Crewe and then a train up to Stockport. Got to the ground at about 14:20. We started the game the brighter side with a very good 1st 10 mins having a few half chances to take a lead. County looked flat for most of the 1st half and didn't really create any chances of merit. The rest of the half was dull and flat and wasn't an entertaining fixture at all. The second half was much of the same with both sides having one or two half chances. We probably had the best chance of the match with Tommy Wright miscuing a volley when he should've hit the target. In hindsight, a good point away from home but an incredibly dull game to watch. Walked back to the station with Charlie and got the train back to Crewe and then a train back to Chester. Got back home at about 18:45.
