Left home at about 19:15 and was in the ground on the terrace behind the goal at about 19:40. The game itself was a decent game, with Hereford coming out the traps and looking decent in the opening 15 without creating any chances. Once Chester got into the game they started to play the ball around well and their attacking players look technically very good and ran rings around the Hereford defence. Hereford lost their way and couldn't put pass the ball to one another without losing it. Chester took the lead after about 15 mins after the ball was spread out wide only to be passed into the box to be placed into the bottom corner. Chester then dominated and Hereford continued to sit back and invite pressure on but Chester couldn't extend their lead any more. 2nd half didn't start off the greatest and it lacked entertainment for a period of time before Chester started to turn the screw again and a Hereford player went in for a challenge and got a 2nd booking and as sent off with lead eventually to Chester doubling their lead and taking advantage of the extra man on about 70 mins after the ball was played down the channel and drilled into the bottom corner. Chester then dominated the ball and scored a third after the ball was chipped into the back post where it was headed into the back of the net on approx 90 mins. Walked back home and got back at about 22:00.
