Went with Dad while down in London for my reading week. Left home at about 12:30 and walked to Streatham Common. Got the train to Clapham Junction and then got the train out to Hampton. Got the the station at about 13:50 and then walked to the ground and then got there at 14:00. Went in shop and bar before the game and then walked around the ground before sitting down on the half way line in front of the main stand. The game itself was an awful one with both sides not having any chances that spring to mind throughout the game. Not much else to say about the game. Hampton scored on about 75 mins through a counter attack. The ball was played down the right to Hampton's number 11 who was probably the best player on the pitch all game. After beating a couple of players on the wing he put the ball across the box for Hudson-Odoi, on loan from Sutton, to put the ball in the back of the net. Other than that nothing really happened apart from a good double save by the Hampton keeper. A draw would've been a fair result given that neither side created any real chances in front of goal. Walked back to the station after the game to get the train at 17:30. Changed at Wimbledon on the way back and went back to Tooting. Got home at about 18:15.
