A 10th-minute strike from Sam Baldock gave MK Dons victory at Yeovil. Angelo Balanta broke free down the left-hand side and his incisive pass was finished with aplomb by Baldock. Balanta forced a super stop from Glovers goalkeeper Jed Steer before opposite number David Martin saved well from Steven MacLean. The hosts pressed on in the second half but could not find an equaliser, and the Dons had Darren Potter sent off for time wasting in stoppage time. VIEWS FROM THE DRESSING ROOM Yeovil Town manager Terry Skiverton told BBC Somerset: For an hour we more than matched them, but it''s just that little bit of quality we lacked. We lacked a little bit of luck as well but the endeavour and the passion they showed, I think the fans will go home happy. MK Dons are going to be not far away this year and will be knocking on the door for promotion but we more than matched them. MK Dons boss Karl Robinson told BBC Three Counties Radio: For the first 20 minutes I thought we were untouchable. I just spoke to Paul Wotton (Yeovil midfielder) and he said ''you were like Real Madrid for the first 20 minutes, we couldn''t get the ball off you''. Second half we came out and started really well, had gilt edged chances, and you''ve got to take them away from home.
