Comments :
First Wolves away game in another country. A two day break in Dublin. 45 minute train trip were I got chatting to a Serbian who has just emigrated to Ireland in the last 8 weeks. The ground was picturesque with great views of the Wicklow mountains. I sat with the Bray fans to begin with but moved to my own kind in the second half. Loads of Wolves fans there and lots of Bray too who were paying homage to "Tarzan" O'Brein who was retiring and having the game as his testimonial. A comfortable win though I missed two of the goals because I was chatting to our genial Irish hosts ! Great celebration back at the hotel until the wee small hours with Guinness and singing (inc Dad's favourite Black Velvet Band) aplenty.
