Rovers poor in first half and deservedly went in 0-2 at half time but came out on fire at the start of the second half with two goals to equalise but the game changed again with a red card for Southports Foster wich took the momentum away. Harris and Norwood scored for Rovers in reply to Jones and Phenix for port. Southport where supposed to use their new floodlights for the first time but this didn''t happen in the end. 1500 away fans
