| First visit to the DW.Similar surroundings as with the Reebook i.e. Retail park. Lucky enough to get to go in the Players Lounge accompanied by Sarah who managed to speak post match in Spanish to Jordi Gomez and Franco di Santo. A nice modern stadium with all the 4 stands separated by gaps. As for the game, with Wigan again in a relegation scrap, it was a tight affair. Norwich did not offer much of a threat. Wigan picked up the urgency in the second half and the goal came in the 81st minute following a pass ricocheting off referee Howard Webb,Gomez played a fine through ball to Kone who drilled home the winner from the edge of the area. Looks like the beginning of another Wigan great escape plan.
