Liked the ground - a proper stadium with atmosphere. Disliked the over zealous policing. Abhorred the manner in which Frank Lampard kicked Notts County''s Chiedozie off the park - laissez faire officiating by Mr Milford. Never really saw West Ham as the academy of football after that.
Upton Park is though a proper football ground that created a good atmosphere.
