Comments :
My first West Ham home game, after seeing 11 away games (only 2 wins, both at Everton). Pop Robson scored twice, and Ian Storey-Moore got one for United. Best, Law and Charlton all still playing for Man U. George Best scored one, which took him to six in the three times I saw him play - all against West Ham! West Ham: Grotier: McDowell, Lampard, Bonds, Taylor, Moore, Tyler, C.Best, Holland, Brooking, Bryan ''Pop'' Robson Man Utd: Stepney, O''Neil, Dunne, Buchan, James, Sadler, Morgan, Law, Charlton, Best, Ian Storey-Moore

Match no. 281. An entertaining game. Man United twice took the lead and Pop Robson twice equalized but, on the balance of play, Hammers should have won.
