Went to this game Lee after a bit of a late decision. Got to the ground easily enough and parked up but were shocked to find it was £15 to watch this non-league game. I know people complain about the price of watching football at Championship League Level but when you compare - £27 at ITFC doesnt look so bad. Started off by ordering a double bacon cheese burger which was a great start, while Lee sprayed water over his trousers from the taps, looking like he had wet himself!. We stood with the Ebbsfleet Fans on the side terrace. Ebbsfleet started quite well but Fleetwood soon got on top as the league positions suggest they should have. Then after 40 mins Ebbsfleet scored completely against the run of play. The second half was so one sided that once Fleetwood equalised after 4 minutes there was only going to be one winner. This was when we found out that we were standing by two old blokes who would shout and swear at the ref and linesman at every opportunity. They wouldnt stop going on about how the keeper appeared to carry the ball out of the area by about 30cm as he drop kicked it - as every keeper anywhere does. When it went 1-3 they were still goinging on about it and shouting at the linesman like it had affected the score. Fell asleep on the way home and was back by 18.15 - good little trip and another ground off the list.
