Well - mission accomplished. 92 down, 0 to go. It''s taken 8 seasons to get there but finally done it - hoorah! It was partly by accident and partly deliberate that I ended up at the PL champions for the 92nd ground. Let''s start with the positives - Had a great seat in the Shed End Upper. Fantastic stadium. Lovely statue of Peter Osgood outside the ground. Lot''s of great history on display. A wonderful brass band playing ''blue is the colour'' outside the ground when I arrived. Ska music over the tannoy. Some great singing from home fans (Lord of the Dance/CFC song etc.). But now the negatives. I was surrounded by a bunch of smug, self righteous, wingeing, money grabbing, glory hunting, know it all, cockney w@nkers. Chelsea was once a proud and brilliant working class football club with it''s roots in the community, but I absolutely despise what it''s become in the modern era. It epitomises all that''s wrong with the modern english game. Money and success at all costs are everything. Community and solidarity are nothing. Thatcher''s b@stard children and new monied middle class are good - ordinary working class guardians of the beautiful game are bad. I utterly despise the modern day Chelsea football club and all that it represents. There, said it - sorry but that''s how I feel. The match? - a bit dissapointing to be honest. I was sat in the Chelsea end but I desperately wanted the fairy tale cup upset and a Scunthorpe win, or a draw and a replay. But not to be. An own goal which was credited to Diego Costa + a well worked debut goal for Ruben Loftus-Cheek were enough to knock Scunny out. Shame - but pretty much what I expected. PS - I wore my Sankt Pauli scarf throughout in silent protest at the hideous modern day Chelsea! That''ll show em! I bet their sh1ttin themselves eh? Unfortunately Socialism lost and Capitalism won - RIP Mr Marx.
