Neat stadium well-placed and easy access and egress just off the A12. Out of town location with not much by way of features/facilities but it will improve with lots of building/development going on. There is a Golden Arches/McDonalds nearby about 10 mins walk away across the A12 bridge and some on-site stuff too.
