With my bad knees I was dreading the trip and was only making it as it was an opportunity to add another game to the 92. I was presently surprised to sit on a seat which was set in a four with table so ample room. The coach set off from Llantwit Major at 12.25pm and arrived at the ground, passing the Ricoh en route, at 5.30pm where Colin and I enjoyed a pint of Becks or few before the game. We headed for the ground, once the shower had passed, to be greeted with a double rainbow over the stadium. Both sets of supporters showed their feelings in the 35th minute by showing LET DOWN posters to the numerous cameras covering the game. Cardiff City enjoyed a comfortable first half by scoring early but when they finally added a second they immediately let Coventry in and scrambled to win in uncomfortable fashion. Anyway into the second round with the big boys, but fortunately we drew Port Vale away so on to another new ground.
