Millwall survive relegation to League 1

Fortunate to be given a spare ticket through a friend and colleague at work, great potential occaision to visit the New Den and see Millwall when the place is nearly full and the team are fighting relegation. Cracking weather for it and the view of London on the train in was a pleasent surprise also. Ground itself is bigger than I thought it would be and from the main stand you can see gaps between the opposing stand and the two stands adjacent to it, can see the train going past while the game is happening. Notorious for it's edge and fighting spirit this was apparent through atmosphere which was probably the most energetic I have heard from a home set of fans to date. Helped in a positive way by Millwall getting a 1-0 and avoiding relegation. Both sides were a bit flat, the second half stronger than the first but what was at stake overrided the lack of quality on the day.
