Argyle's Guy Madjo hit the crossbar early on before they took the lead in spectacular fashion when Conor Hourihane rifled home the opener from 30 yards. Rovers hit back when Parkes found the net with a shot from the left. And the visitors were denied victory when Robbie Williams blocked David Clarkson's goal-bound effort.
