WE ARE GOING UP!!!

Travelled with Marc and Luke. Granty gave us an early lead before Wycombe sealed promotion with a response of 3. An even game decided by poor officiating and defensive mistakes.

Game 22. As this was the final game of the season we decided again that we wanted it to mean something for one of the teams. Wycombe needed a win to secure an automatic place in league 1. We got to Wycombe really early as we wanted to watch the Forest - Crystal Palace game which was live on sky. We had a good journey down to the ground and managed to park up for free in a side street just away from the ground. At the ground a number of stewards wanted to talk to us about doing the 92 as they were doing it themselves. Wycombe had put on a family day and had lots of activities going on. Before going to watch the Forest match i had a huge pork and stuffing cob - lovely. Forest won the match 3-0 which secured a play off place. The Wycombe game was slightly tense and it did not help matters when Southend took the lead. However Wycombe did take control and came out 3-1 winners and booked their place in league 1. Another good day out and a nice way to finish season 2.
