Brilliant day out. Me, Maddie and Kevin plus 5 bananas, 6 Billy Davies, 4 smurfs, batman, spiderman, elvis, a morris dancer and 3500 other forest fans including Wayne and Allison - I love the last game of the season - bloody brilliant. Beautiful day, great football, 3 great goals (especially McGoldrick''s long range pile driver). Not sure about the Moxey sending off but I''ll take it. The Palace fans were excellent - very friendly, applauding McGoldrick''s goal and singing their hearts out. Forest fans partied as we reached the play offs (chants of ''city ground'', ''we''re going to wembley'' and of course ''we all hate Leeds scum''). Had a cracking night in Kevs local pub after - on the other side of London but met another 3 Forest fans in the pub. Great great trip. BEFORE - once a long time ago when I worked for the Benefits Agency and was in London for work - travelled across London and back on a weeknight to see Forest lose!
