Travelled up with Telford Wolves for teh first time in many a season. They now have "refreshment breaks" and we had great fun in a pub about 20 miles away from Sunderland. At the game the atmosphere was electric and ex-Black Cat amanger Mccarthy got a great reception. Sunderland deserved the win, though we did ahve a goal disallowed for no reason we could see. Also found my friend Rich (the Sunderland fan from Telford) had travelled up independantly and was in the home end. Plenty of text banter was the order of the day, thoguh we never did meet up. Had to dodge a shower of stones from the Sunderland faithful on the way back to the coaches, good job we didn't win !
