Hahaha, our first trip to Barnsley and most deffinatly wouldnt be our last, this is the day that we were introduced, thanks to the local coppers directions of going down t''ginnell to the best chip shop in the world! Rememebring getting to where the coaches parked just outside the bowling place by the ground ridiculously early so we took a walk into the town to get something toeat. At barnsley, the train track and station is right in the centre of town so around there was a number of City fans. After consuming the best chips, pie and curry sauce imaginable we walked back up the hill to Oakwell where a couple of lads had a penny for the guy outside their house. This game also introduced us to the now legendary cough medicine lady who became a hero when on the morning after she was shown on The Championship hutrling abuse at Micky Adams for bringing on wayne andrews and taking off McSheffrey ''YOU DONT NO WHAT YOUR DOING ADAMS... YOU IDIOT'' Followed 5 seconds later by her celebrating after... Andrews scored the winning and only goal of the game with 10 minutes left!
