Memorable day. The day we secured promotion in our 105pt season. SKP (Super Kevin Phillips) scored 4. There were Sunderland fans on three sides of the ground and in a crowd of just 8000 we made a mental noise. This was the first season I saw every game - league and cup. I drove over 11000 miles doing so. My dad came with me to every game except this one, as it was rearranged and he'd booked a mini cruise to Amsterdam.
