Forest were on their way up to Div 1 and glory and played superbly. I was a great admirer of Cloughie as I had lived in Derby up to 1969. I had also seen Forest a few days earlier at Bolton where they were equally impressive, though only drawing with Wanderers.&nbsp - &nbsp - Up to 1981 I had seen and enjoyed &nbsp - many games at Ewood, despite being a devout Claret. Purely by chance I did not go again before 1987 and after the nastiness that emanated from the Blackburn boardroom when Burnley were were on the edge I vowed never to watch them again. &nbsp - Every club has stupid fans and that you can ignore, but&nbsp - comments such as Bill Fox and others on the Rovers'' staff made were unforgivable.
