Early November 2003 and Wolves away. Blues pushing towards the champions league places, Wolves rooted at the foot off the table but a midlands derby that could go either way. Fletch, Jimmy, Kev and Gemma made there way on the train from new street They soon arrived, walked down to the ground and found there seats. Fletch and Jimmy where one end after getting there tickets a few days earlier (and getting the wrong bus and heading to Walsall) and Kev and Gemma where at the other end !! The game began and the first half was not the best, David Dunn probably played the worst he had ever played in a Blues shirt and a scrappy first half ended goaless !! The second half began with a bang as Mikael Forsell went on a mazy run beating a couple of defenders before firing low in to the bottom corner to put the blues infront. The crowd erupted, taunting the yam yams which was brilliant !! However, Wolves scrambled a equaliser towards, a corner from the right was scrambled home and Wilves had earned themselves a point ! The game ended 1-1 so the group departed back to brum. A couple of mid day beers in the newt and back local for Fletch and Jimmy before hitting liberties on the night !!
