This was my first proper game, that is watching my club. I went with Alan and travelled up with Richard who wandered round Norwich while me and Alan were at the game. The game itself was pretty good from what I remember Maurizio Gaudino who City had on Loan from Frankfurt at the time was different class to everyone else on the pitch. Fitzroy Simpson scored for City and Jamie Cureton scored for Norwich, I think it was his debut. Terry Phelan was playing for City, he was fast as fuck but an absolute donkey, it seemed like everytime he got the ball he tried to just kick it as high as could.
