Turf Moor......my Dad always used to say it''s the coldest ground he ever used to go to. He was right!!!!!! However, it''s a nice enough stadium, modernised mostly. All the staff were excellent and very friendly. It''s a shame one or two supporters ruined the game for all those around them. You know the sort, playing to an audience and loving the sound of their own voice, offering no support to their own team, instead choosing to mock their own teams players. Plus, as it was cheap tickets today there were plenty of families with young kids who I am sure will be making sure never to go again, or if they do, make sure they sit somewhere else. It was nothing short of disgusting. The catering at the ground was the standard fare, nice and hot though, which can make a change. Parking is plentiful in unofficial car parks. I parked at Burnley Cricket Club, which is next to the ground. Way overpriced!!!!!! £7.......thats taking advantage hugely. Still, there are other places. It was a good game though. 4-2 to the home side to ensure their progress to the 4th round.
