Game re-arranged due to a huge Manchester downpour the previous night. City completely outplayed their German opponents with Ilkay Gundogan in top form. Low attendance was due in part to the re-arranged time and the fact that City could not re-sell tickets for the new time. Credit to the remaining German fans who had to stay for an extra 24 hours.
