Match no. 69. Peter Osgood scored the winner for Chelsea after just 4 minutes. Chelsea keeper Peter Bonetti pulled off a remarkable save, somehow arching backwards and clawing away an attempted lob from Bobby Moore. This was my 32nd consecutive 1st team competitive home game seen at West Ham. Unfortunately, I would miss the next game v Arsenal (29.3.68) through illness.
