Match no. 29. A Christmas Bank Holiday Tuesday. Two of us turned up at the Boleyn Ground for a 3.00pm kick-off when it was actually 7.30pm. Had to waste 5 hours loitering around Upton Park, which included a kickabout with some other boys round the back of the Chicken Run in Priory Road.
