Left home at about 13:45 and walked to Tooting Station. Got the 14:20 train to West Sutton and got in the ground at about 14:45. The game itself started off with us being the better side and we did take the lead early on only for it to be disallowed for offside. After 30 mins a Walsall player was sent off for a high foot and that changed the game. Walsall then chucked 10 men behind the ball and time wasted and tried to kill the game completely. They pretty much killed the second half and we couldn''t break them down. Eventually we got a penalty from a corner after about 75 mins and took the lead 1-0 and should have seen the game out. However, just before injury time Walsall had their only attack since the first minute and got an undeserved equaliser. Nothing much happened in injury time and the game petered out to a 1-1 draw. Got the 280 back to tooting station and met Eve and walked back home getting back at about 18:10.
