Match no. 1270. A good win for Stevenage. I missed the first goal but the second was an excellent flighted lob from McAnuff with the goalie caught off his line. Grimsby wore an insipid all-light grey change strip that failed to provide a sufficient contrast with Borough's predominantly white shirts. They would have been much better off in their proper black & white stripes! 50 years ago today: Match no. 33 - West Ham 3-3 Swindon Town - FA Cup 3rd round.
