Ticket price £23.00 (Canons Park tube on the Jubilee line. A lovely day to watch football, the very neat and tidy ground is set amongst parkland/training pitches/picnic benches!! The actual stadium has a modern feel to it with one very decent (West) stand that had more than adequate seating/leg room with the much smaller North/South stands behind each goal given to standing only, the East stand was most odd which had neither much seating or cover (from the elements!) The game was very much of two halves, the first quite dull with Barnet going a goal down and not looking likely to score with the second being a total cracker for the neutral. The fact it was a local derby certainly helped the atmosphere. All in all a very pleasant day).
Very enjoyable day out and a decent game.
Match no. 1194. An entertaining game which Stevenage should have won from 2-1 ahead but they defended very poorly in the second-half.
