I had'nt been to Loftus Road for years, so was looking forward to this match especially knowing Birmingham had sold out of there allocation of tickets which was nearly 3,500, apparently it was the biggest away support at Loftus Road this season. The journey up to Shepherds Bush was easy enough but once there it was a joke, almost every pub was refusing entry to away supporters, while the police seemed totally unprepared on how to handle a large away support, and by telling the couple of pubs which did allow Blues supporters in to stop letting any more in seemed to add to any problems. My ticket was for the lower tier which entry is by a different road to the upper tier which did'nt make things any better. Once inside the ground it's easy to see why QPR are looking to move, the area at the back of the stands where the toilets and refreshment kiosks are situated is terribly tight. Being a Birmingham fan it was not a good match we were awful in the first half and not much better in the second half. After the match I just waanted to get away from Shepherds Bush to have a few drinks ,which I did back at Clapham Junction.
