Miserable, wet and blustery throughout the day, on exiting Finsbury Park Colin and I and other Cardiff City supporters not allowed into the Twelve Pins (Home Fans Only) looked for any other pubs but none found eventually we arrived outside the Emirates Stadium where we walked round to Entrance K (Clock Stand), we asked a steward if alcohol was available inside in the away end and was told no. On asking another steward he pointed out the Drayton Arms was about 2 mins from Entrance K so went there where we had a few beers and then walked back to the ground. Upon entering the stadium we saw that alcohol was being sold and was available before and at half time. We watched Cardiff hold the Arsenal for 86 mins before Nicolas Bendtner followed up a shot beaten out by Marshall to score in 87 mins, thought it was a little cruel when Walcott scored a second in 90 mins. Overall we showed solidity but lacked stamina to hold out for a draw.

Two goals in the last three minutes kept Arsenal top of the Premier League and condemned Cardiff to defeat in front of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, who is tipped to take over as their new boss. Nicklas Bendtner fired in the opener from close range before immediately going off with an ankle injury. And in the 90th minute Theo Walcott - who had earlier hit the post - converted Jack Wilshere's sublime pass. Cardiff are set to name Solskjaer as successor to Malky Mackay. And the former Manchester United striker was sitting alongside Bluebirds' owner Vincent Tan in the Emirates Stadium directors' box after holding talks to take over as manager.
