We had been to Doncaster to collect my Brother to bring him back for Christmas and Dad did a little diversion via South Wales. Newport seemed a bit of a grotty place, cold and barren but the local people were very friendly. Newport won the game 3-2 in a game where Chesterfield played really well but Newport seemed to always score when they got near goal. My two little brothers were there with my sister elder brother and mum and dad. At least we probably got home before the Chesterfield fans
