Substitute Max Kretzschmar scored a late winner to earn Wycombe all three points against Bristol Rovers. The hosts played for an hour with 10 men after forward David Clarkson received a straight red for catching Josh Scowen with his arm. Rovers keeper Steve Mildenhall did well to deny Jon-Paul Pittman from close range midway through the second half. But he was caught out when he parried Pittman''s low drive into the path of Kretzschmar, who slotted home. John Ward''s side are now winless in seven league games, while back-to-back victories have moved Wycombe up to seventh.
