Another dire performance for the first 65 mins. After bringing in Kadeem Harris on loan from Cardiff to provide some much needed pace, Rosler decided to start with him on the bench !! I do wonder sometimes (quite often actually) !!! Anyway, after falling behind to a very poor Colchester side and much huffing and puffing Rosler switched to Plan B (most supporters would've had it as Plan A) and brought on both Harris and Saunders to add pace and width. Within 10 mins we had equalised and a further 10 mins had us 3-1 up. Good goals (all from loanees) from Trotta, Savile and Harris with Savile's being the pick of the bunch from 30 yards. Rosler has got to start attacking teams by using the pace that's now available. Throughout the game we were comfortable but not threatening enough and with our suspect defence line are always suseptible to conceding soft goals.
