Performance wise The Bees are back on track. We absolutely battered a strong County side but made it difficult for ourselves in the last 15 mins. After numerous good chances we took the lead with a shot from Dave from the edge of the area which was fumbled over the line by their keeper (who was having a nightmare game and was replaced at HT). Second half continued in much the same vein and when BWP scored our second, his first in a Bees shirt, it looked as if we'd comfortably go on to secure a handsome victory. However, Rosler had different ideas and set about changing our set up to a more defensive one but before he could implement the changes we conceded a very soft penalty. Bidwell was adjudged to pull back County's best player, Alan Judge, and although Simon Moore saved the spot kick, Judge was following up to pull one back and rub salt into the Bees wounds. However, the decision to go more defensive had been made and Rosler was sticking to it. A series of changes followed and we ended up playing one up front. Like Martin Allen almost 10 years ago, Rosler is not brave enough to kick on when we have the lead. This could be our undoing in the promotion race. Anyway, an enjoyable performance for the most part. Logan was officially MOTM and a popular choice too. I don't see it myself with Shay. My MOTM vote went to Dave who I thought had a good game and is really making it difficult for Rosler to drop him. On to The Ricoh next week .........

only decided at the last minute to go to Brentford so drove down m1 dead easy and was going to tube in from stanmore station then overground rail to Brentford. The tube line was closed for maintenance and there was a bus service in place.! what fun certainly saw the sites close up but took ages to get to Brentford and arrived at the ground 15 minutes after kick to hear cheers announcing Brentford had scored a dead easy goal through our goalies hands. But loved the walk to the ground through the streets and loved the ground. We were able to stand on the terraces which was a bonus and there was a great atmosphere. (even though we lost ). We were so late didnt get chance to see any of the Pubs or eating places so had to make do with a coffee at the ground. Great atmosphere and Brentford are certainly on a roll ! It was a pig to get to but maybe i didnt find the best route there, possibly could have drove right to Brentford but hey you live and learn.!
