this was special for me as out of the blue i was given a ticket for the directors box by Mr Mickey Adams ! i was so nervous my legs were shaking but it was an amazing experience and after a large glass of wine i felt heaps better . The ground is right in the centre of gillingham and i like that but the parking is quite difficult . the atmosphere was great and ground was full ! Two of my favorite blokes Mr Martin Allen seeing him again after being my favorite Notts manager and also Lee Hughes my absolute goal scorer at Notts who single handedly dragged us out of league 2 and kept us there first season ! Hey and Lee scored at this game to put Portvale top of the league !!! Loved the Ground loved the result.
