The second successive game where I was saved by the proximity of the ground to the railway station. Do not trust British public transport on a weekend. Another draw for the Saints, but an encouraging one, where we fully deserved it against what is meant to be the best team in the league. The Valley is never a bad trip, but the away end leaves much to be desired, almost like they forgot it when the ground was redeveloped. Good stewards though, who were receptive to the idea of Saints fans standing en masse, which created a great atmosphere.
