A very smart looking ground.  Although with just one large tier the concourse area underneath seemed a little small for the amount of fans that needed to use it.  Unfortunately due to roadworks on the M6 I didn't get there in time to see the museum. Had a drink in the Sumners pub.  Loads of away fans.  Took an age to get served, with rude Prestonians pushing in ahead of me.  I would suggest just shouting your order at the barmaid til she responds! In parked in a side road by The Sumners, however I ended up with a parking fine as I didn't notice the single yellow line I had parked on.  So I would suggest finding somewhere else to park. This was the opening game of the season so it was played in blazing sunshine and we got quite red down the front of the stand where there was no cover. This was a game City should definitely have won.  The 2 sides cancelled each other out in the first half, but City started to dominate the second half after they were awarded a penalty.  Paul Hartley scoring on his league debut.  Soon enough City got their second through Dave Clarkson, through the keeper's legs.  However City then tried to hold onto the lead.  Fatty Parkin got one back with 7 minutes to go.  The ref somehow found 4 mins of injury time from somewhere and inevitebly we conceded a penalty which allowed them to equalise.
