Dickov''s goal ........ best rush ever

Final visit to the old Wembley and what a dramatic game. Two goals from the Gills in the last 10 mins seemed to signal the end for City''s promotion dream.Cue the exit for many City fans which would have included myself had 8 year old son,Robert, not convinced me to stay.Horlock and Dickov got the goals to take the game to extra time and the sudden death penalty shoot out which City won to trigger wonderful celebrations. The old Wembley did have a certain charm with it''s running track and twin towers but the interior was poor and refurbishment was inevitable.Though always enjoyed my visits.
