A trip to Man City was next on the horizon. Fletch, Joe, Warren, Marc, Jimmy, Warren & Ash travelled up on the coach !!   The lads arrived shortly after 1pm, a few pubs where close to hand but looked a little moody so the lads agreed to go in the ground for a drink, the ground was due to open at half one, the lads waited pastiently and where soon in the ground.   Without a shadow of a doubt the best ground for pre match beer !!! Budweiser on tap and not watered down !! There was also wine, carlsberg and smiroff ice with a good food selection two, excellenct facillities all round !! The lads managed to down about 4 before kick off and felt quite smashed as the game began. The first half was not great and Blues went in 1-0 down to a Elano goal !! A couple more beers at half time and the lads where now smashed !! The second hald began and the kray brothers, I mean Fletchers, began to pick lads out in the Man City end they wanted to fight after the game. A few targets where marked out but things changed at the final whistle.   Man City won 1-0 and to celebrate there fans started to launch plastic bottles full of drink in to the away end. Blues fans tried to riot and get to them but to no avail so said they'd have it outside. Fletch lost everyone but managed to get in with about 30 zulus who where trying to get past about ten to fifteen old bill to get at the home fans, Fletch hid behind a big lad called the chant ''ZULU'' a few times and Blues charged only to get hit with truntions from the old bill !! After about ten minutes Fletch was nackered so returned to his coach. Once on the coach he started to try and get chants off ''Steve McClaren what a w***er, what a w**ker'' as the England boss a couple of days earlier had all but ruined Englands chances of getting to Euro 2008 but no-one joined in !! Jimmy then found it funny to lock Fletch in the toilet, Fletch was not happy as he wanted to give the Man City fans what for as they left and was soon released. A end of match scrap with Jimmy resulted in Fletch falling on the floor !! Jimmy was lucky he's a good friend of Fletch's or could have taken a serious hiding !! Mind you these are two lads who cant land a punch to save there lives so cant imagin it would be much of a scrap !!   The lads retuned home and Fletch, Jimmy and Joe went the shoes to watch the rugby world cup final while everyone else went there seperate ways. Grainger entertained them by tipping a pint over his head when he believed England had scored a try only for the try to be dissallowed !!   Joe later went home hammered while Fletch and Jimmy went for a balti and entertained themselves doing there usual taxi run !!
