Nice brand new little stadium at end of an industrial estate but next to fields/woods. Locals friendly although not many of them - poor turnout. Forest fans made up a third of crowd. Wycombe were asleep to start with and we were 2 up very early. Later on they started playing and made a game of it, but the damage was already done. Forest played some good flowing football - good display overall. However, the best part of the evening was the attack of the killer partridge!!!! Approaching dusk loads of partridge appeared, landing on the pitch and running around (Forest fans singing ''sign em up''), and more alarmingly flying directly into the stands/crowd and landing on people, seats, steps, etc. Really bizarre sight. Posh too - at the City Ground we just get pigeons and seagulls but in Wycombe they get bloody partridge!
